Snow Days

Santa's Reindeer came to visit us at Grandma's in Utah.

Come on Diesel! Syd just loved Grandpa's new friend for Christmas!

We all decided to go take the pup for a walk in the snow!

Cute girls. They would be just fine with my pulling them all around the yard all day long!

B calls the the snow "NO". It's sweet. We were sad to come home from Christmas to see our snow man all melted away!

Little Dancer

Here we are trying to keep the girls off the stage and to the side. We had to keep pulling these cute Christmas trees back.

Now you tell me how much this little girl is loved by her Daddy-really 2 dozen roses? I'm a little jealous!

Syd is the cutie second in from the right.

Syd and her dancing friend Berkley.

So beautiful!
This was a really fun night for us all. Syd was definitely born to dance. The only hard part of the night was keeping her off the stage and making her wait for her class's turn. She had two numbers, ballet and then tap. It was so much fun to watch her just love every minute of the spotlight! Should we be worried about that?

Thanksgiving

Thanks to the Tanners and the Larsens we weren't too big of losers on Thanksgiving. It was our first year without family and staying home to have our own Thanksgiving. Very scary to cook your first turkey! But, it turned out great and we had a lot of fun! Thanks guys for coming and helping with the food. Too bad we Homs had to win at all the games! Sorry, better luck next time!

My B-Day & Twilight!

L to R - Monica, Me, Cozett, Mandy, Emily
Of course my friends and I went to see Twilight the day it opened! So my experience at the movie was a bit painful and I'm hoping when i see it the second time I will like it more. Thanks ladies for a fun night out and for spoiling me with gifts! Especially Cozett, I can't wait to wear that lovely sweater you picked out for me-Ha!

Can't believe you guys made me wear this! .....Don't worry people I only wore it for the photo!

Holiday House Boutique

Ok, so my really talented friends Emily and Monica do this really fun boutique every year. And usually i just go and buy all the cute things everyone else makes, but this year Emily talked me into making magnets! And it actually was really fun! I wish i had gotten pictures of the boutique all set up. It was amazingly well done. These girls have got this crafting business down. So anyone need some magnets? Whelp i think you all know what you will be getting for Christmas now! Ha!

Fun w/ Nana & Papa

Happy Birthday Papa! The first night Nana and Papa were here we celebrated Papa's big day with an ice cream cake and all! We also taught Nana and Papa our new favorite card game (that we then played almost every night they were here) Hand and Foot.

Then Friday night we left the kids at home with a sitter and had a great dinner out and went to watch the Idaho Steelheads hockey. Way to catch that free t-shirt Papa!
Then the best of all was on Saturday night. Poor B got left at home with a sitter and the rest of us went to Disney on Ice! Wahoo! We had a great time and of course Sydney was in heaven. Yummy cotton candy!
Syd's favorite part when all of the princesses and their princes came out together and skated.

This was her face the whole time! So cute!
Other highlights of the trip were lots of eating out and seeing Madagascar 2 at the IMax!

Halloween Fun!

One for Brooklyn, one for Mom!

So you can see the back of B's costume. She turned a circle trying to see her wings for the first hour she had her costume on, just like a cute little dog trying to see his tail!

" Please people. No pictures of the Princess tonight and stay back!"

Ready, set, go! Get mom some candy!

Silly B at our neighbor's Halloween party! She was a crazy dancing girl with all the big kids!
The girls!

The Elders Quarm party! I'll get you next year Megan so you better be practicing your balloon popping all year! BYU vs. UofU! -yeah we are lame when it comes to dressing up!

Our really scary pumpkins! But i have to say i love those white pumpkins-much easier to carve and clean out!

Mom and B at the Boo at the Boise Zoo!

Disneyland & California Adventure Park Day 2 (Oct 08)

Sommer, Cousin Savi, and Grandpa Hal

Syd waving to the parade at California Adventure.

Brooklyn's favorite: Playhouse Disney!

Gavin and Sydney watching the show.

The kids working Grandma for some more goodies!

Grandpa and Syd!

Going for the crazy rolling coaster in Toon Town.

Three princesses. Cute baby Tinkerbell Sayla.

Love the real smiles from you Syd. Oh how that girl melts my heart.

Sydney and her FAVORITE princess of all Cinderella!

Living and Breathing Disney-Disneyland Day 1 & Grandma is 50!

So these candy tubes were full of candy before we got to the house.

Sydney was in heaven with all her girl cousins and the closets full of every girl dress-up imaginable.

Here's the reason we were all in town for....Grandma Michelle turned 50! Wahoo Mom you made it! Thanks for being such a fun Grandma and taking us all to Disneyland for your big day!

The three amigos eating princess Cinderella waffles! Yes, the house even came with princess shaped waffle irons.

I could have posted about 100 pictures of the girls in different dress-ups.

Minnie and Mickey

Now we know that Brooklyn is really a Hom. Yeah that's a turkey leg i just let my daughter devour all by herself at the California Adventure park. Get it B!

What's so embarrassing about walking these two into the park Cody? What it's not normal to put your kid on a leash? Well, Syd and Gav loved it!

Front row seats to the parade. This parade may have been Syd's favorite thing all day!

What a fun Grandpa to take all these kids on the teacup ride!

Sydney's little hand did not stop waving the whole time during the parade! It was so fun to watch her experience Disneyland.

One, two, three, attack Pooh!

Sydney had got to walk along with these two and she loved every second of it.

Rides!
Brad and I got home from NYC late Tuesday night and then off I was again on Thursday morning! The girls and I joined my Mom, Dad, Cody, Ashlyn, Gavin, Isabella, Sommer, and Sayla to a little trip to Cali. We stayed at this amazing house, called the Disney Theme House. It was a rental that was in walking distance of the park that my mom found on VRBO.com. http://www.vrbo.com/144143 The family who owns the home won some TV home makeover, and Disney came in and made the house all decked out Disney style. I would recommend the home to anyone. The kids just kept coming up to us every three seconds with some new toy they had discovered. It was a blast and i could go on and on about the house and all it had, from the candy everywhere, the pool, and specialized gifts for all of us. We had a great time seeing family on my mom's side that all live in Cali and came to see us all at the house and to help celebrate my mom's big day! Well we hope to see everyone again really soon at Disneyland! Sydney still talks about it every day!
